As palliative care practitioners, our motivation is driven by therapeutic, hope and total humanity. Broadly defined, palliative care is care — social, emotional, religious and physical — for a person and their household tormented by serious illness and folks at the pause of their lifestyles, and bereavement care after any individual has died.
