    Woolworths is facing more than 1,000 criminal charges for allegedly failing to pay more than $1 million to historical workers.

    The Victorian Wage Inspectorate has launched upright action within the Melbourne Justice of the Peace’s Court alleging Woolworths and its Woolstar subsidiary underpaid 1,235 historical Victorian employees more than $1 million in long carrier leave.
