Two males have appeared in court charged with manslaughter following the loss of life of a man in Erith.
Mark Pearce, 40 (28.01.84) of Decrease Avenue, Bexley and Markie Collins, 18 (16.04.06) of Galleon Shut, Bexley, had been charged with the manslaughter of Amamudin Alikhel, often known as Ali Khan.
Police had been known as at approximately 22:25hrs on Monday, 28 August 2023 to experiences of a man injured after being struck by a bus in West Avenue, Erith.
Officers and London Ambulance Service attended. Ali Khan, used to be pronounced ineffective on the scene. An investigation used to be launched after it turned into obvious that there had been an altercation ahead of the sufferer being struck by the bus.
Pearce and Collins both appeared at Bromley Magistrates Court on Wednesday, 18 September. They had been bailed to appear on the Feeble Bailey on Wednesday, 16 October
