ONTARIO–A longtime North Central Ohio leisure company is expanding into men’s formal wear after taking over a similar store in Richland Mall.
Nyte-Flyte Entertainment, in business since 1983, has opened “Nyte-Flyte Entertainment Presents a Black Tie Affair,” a men’s formal wear store located in the Food Court of the former American Commodore Tuxedo location.
“We had to jump in with both feet at once,” said owner Jeff Angelini, who opened the business in March 2021 before prom season but at the height of the COVID pandemic. “I think it’s good. We had to learn a lot along the way. “
The retail shop specializes in a complete line of tuxedos and formal wear for weddings, proms, and other special occasions. Brands available for rent or purchase include popular designers such as JFW (Jim’s Formal Wear) and Milroy’s, Angelini said.

Nyte-Flyte, Angelini said, bought the men’s formal wear line from B’s Bridals after its owner retired.
Until then, the company was known for specializing in the entertainment side of weddings and special occasions, providing disc jockeys, emcees, and even photo booths.
