Keltbray can be launching an appeal after ten firms dangle been fined almost about £60m by the CMA with Keltbray hit with a £16m fine and Squibb a £2m penalty.
Squibb acknowledged: “Squibb Community announces that following the newsletter of a press trace by the Competitors and Markets Authority on 23 March 2023 and, after session with its attorneys and its diverse advisers, the company will seemingly be initiating an appeal against the CMA’s decision.
