(Reuters) -Non-public equity firm Shore Capital Partners is in talks to accomplice with Silver Lake Management to combine two veterinary groups via an $8.6 billion deal, Bloomberg Information reported on Friday, citing other folks accustomed to the matter.
Shore is working to merge portfolio companies Southern Veterinary Partners and Mission Veterinary Partners and recapitalize the combined entity with an investment from California-basically based Silver Lake, according to the document.
