Uk news As per SEBI’s order, the market regulator received a criticism which alleged that the objects of Trafiksol’s IPO incorporated purchase of machine valued at practically about Rs 18 crore from a dealer which, inter alia, had questionable financials and failed to file its annual financial statements with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). In query of the above criticism, BSE in consultation with SEBI deferred the list of the shares of Trafiksol and initiated its investigation into the topic.

The Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) has ordered an intervening time preserve on SEBI’s order against Trafiksol ITS Applied sciences. On December 3, SEBI, in a rare switch, had asked Trafiksol ITS Applied sciences to refund the money paid by investors in the direction of subscribing to the firm’s IPO. SEBI had furthermore asked Trafiksol to reach support the hobby amount gathered on the a compensation to the investors who had been allotted the firm’s shares within the said IPO.
