Additional solicitor general Aishwarya Bhati appearing for the NCPCR, from the Ministry of Women and Child and CARA began her submissions for the day.
“There is a basic structure of marriage between a man and a woman and the second of gender fluidity is not allowed. I give examples where the place is reserved for women- bath, recruitment and many more. This is a critical aspect. The welfare of The child is sacred,” he said.
“A child has the right to be born and raised by biological parents. All children are naturally born to heterosexual couples only. The only sacred right is that of a child that is most important,” he said.
