Six males had been jailed for their role in a tablets gang which equipped cocaine. They were brought to justice after a police sting, codenamed Operation Manfern, which in the slay saw them all learned guilty in court.
The defendants were:
- Liam Davies, 25, from Swansea metropolis centre;
- Kyle Johansen, 32, from Portmead;
- Jay Picton, 39, from Peniel Green;
- Jeffery Surman, 39, from Townhill;
- Dean Williams, 51, from Skewen, and;
- Gary Lewis, 35, from Llanelli.
Johansen, Williams, and Picton were focused on buying for and supplying kilograms of cocaine and beget every been sentenced to six years and eight months in jail. Surman change into jailed for 3 years and eight months while Davies change into given a three-year jail time frame and Lewis change into locked up for two years and eight months. Detective inspector Richard George of South Wales Police talked about: “All six of these males had been rightfully jailed for their fragment in supplying Class A tablets, which characteristic off untold trouble and wretchedness in our communities.
