A well-identified front-of-condominium figure within London hospitality, De Tarso will inaugurate working on the community’s izakaya-fashion Japanese restaurant KOYN sooner than ‘embarking on a roam’ across its portfolio of Mayfair-based ingesting areas.
De Tarso’s CV involves key roles at some of the capital most fascinating-identified ingesting areas including The Wolseley, Scott’s Mayfair and Daniel Boulud’s now closed Bar Boulud.
In 2016 he launched Italian restaurant Margot in Covent Garden but stepped a long way off from the industry in 2020.
