A MUM watched in dismay as her son’s six-month-frail puppy was brutally mauled to death by a “massive” bulldog.
Anna Gurzhii was left heartbroken after her baby spaniel, Felix, was savagely attacked during a lunch-time walk.
The 36-year-frail took the pup past a restaurant in Bromley, South East London, on her way back to her Orpington flat, when she saw a man sitting commence air with his unleashed canine.
Anna told MyLondon: “This guy was sat commence air a restaurant on a kind of iron pipe or ladder with his canine not on the lead, and it basically stood up and ran straight at Felix and started attacking him.
“It was really shocking, I was really afraid it was going to attack me as successfully.
“I was screaming fancy crazy by this point and several of us from the NHS clinic ran out of the back door, Paul, Emma, and Vannessa, they came to assist and they had been so brave.
“They basically pulled Felix out of that large canine’s jaws which was really wicked to have to gape.
“The owner was trying to take the canine back nonetheless it wouldn’t pay attention – it was correct munching on my puppy.”
The frightened mum rushed her pet to the nearest clinic however his injuries had been tragically fatal.
“He was so apprehensive and couldn’t really walk. He tried to vomit and couldn’t accomplish that, he wouldn’t drink any water either,” Anna added.

After an overnight stay in emergency care Felix sadly passed away.
Anna said: “These form of bulldogs they need to be muzzled or they need to be on a lead and not anywhere near the place kids are.”
The loss is especially devastating for the family as Felix was Anna’s 11-year-frail son Nikita’s companion, and her acquire mental health make stronger.
The Ukrainian has lived in the UK for eight years, she said: “For me he was a mental health canine. I’m having points because of the war in Ukraine.
“My pregnancy was correct after the war started and having this canine was fancy a dream. I’ve wanted to have a canine for see you later.
“It was so good for Nikita, he was being so in charge. He’s 11 years frail and would wake up at 6.30am to walk the canine! I was watching him even picking up Felix’s poop and making distinct he wasn’t eating anything bad while he was out.”
She continued: “They’d expend hours playing and training and feeding him. My son changed with the canine, it wasn’t correct a good friend however a responsibility as successfully. He may change Nikita’s mood in a 2nd.
“Felix became part of the family and now it correct feels so empty at home, so different.”
Anna has an appointment to yarn the attack to the police on Wednesday, February 22.
