East Suffolk Council is redeveloping a brownfield web page online on Newcombe Street in Lowestoft. Demolition of two disused industrial constructions on the net site online began in November and SEH French has now began on the trend of 16 unusual enterprise items ranging between 35 sqm and 225 sqm.
The £5m trend, known as Nexus, has been designed by Concertus Develop & Property Consultants. Itis due for completion this autumn.
