M38
The M38 postcode covering Exiguous Hulton in Salford is the 2d cheapest area to aquire a home at the moment. You can currently purchase a property for around £160,342 on average, which has long past up in the last year from £146,170.
BL3
The BL3 postcode, which covers Bolton and Exiguous Lever, is also thought to be an affordable area to aquire a house. The average house stamp here is £166,245, which has long past up by 2.3 percent since 2022.
