FBI Director Christopher Wray testified Wednesday before the House Judiciary Committee.
Wray’s appearance is part of the regularly scheduled administration.
The Judiciary Committee announced the hearing, saying members “will demand answers from FBI Director Wray about the abuse of power by federal agencies.”
In his opening statement, Wray offered a strong defense of the bureau, as members of the GOP vowed to highlight what they see as the agency’s politicization of the investigation.
