Collapsed contractor ISG bought a majority shareholding in ESS in early 2022 but offered it on later that one year to guardian company Cathexis.
ESS staff took to LinkedIn on Monday looking for new jobs.
One wrote: “Totally devastated to be posting this, but me and my unbelievable colleagues are looking for new roles with instantaneous enact.”
ESS subsidiary Spatial Initiative will most certainly be due to nominate an administrator with an announcement due imminently.
ESS has been in enterprise since 1998 and employs more than 200 of us across the UK and Eire.
It has gained locations on valuable frameworks alongside with the Defence Infrastructure Organisation’s Single Residing Lodging Strategic Framework Alliance Settlement, the Army’s Single Residing Lodging Programme and the The Crown Industrial Provider Offsite Constructing Alternate choices framework.
