BROOKLYN CENTER, Minn. — Brooklyn Center police are investigating a possible murder-suicide near a shopping center on Monday.
At the scene, witnesses told WCCO that a couple inside a store on Shingle Creek Drive got into an argument and walked outside. According to witnesses, the man shot the woman and shot himself.
The police department confirmed that two adults with gunshot wounds were found dead, one inside the vehicle and the other outside the vehicle. A pistol was recovered from the scene.
According to the police, the incident was not random and no one was arrested.
