Goldstar Athletics fields a fall travel baseball team to play in the 16U and/or 18U Western New York Boys of Summer League in September and October.
Games will be played on Sundays with one or two practices per week, including use of the Goldstar Athletics indoor facility in Falconer.
There is also the possibility to sign up for tournaments.
Players cannot turn 19 before May 1, 2024.
Shane Marucci will be the head coach of the team. He is a former college coach and a current hitting instructor at Goldstar Athletics. The assistant coach is Mike Sheesley, a former college player and current high school coach.
Tryouts will be held Wednesday at 6 p.m. on the Fireman’s Field turf in Lakewood. If planning to attend, RSVP to maruccicoach@gmail.com.
