Tomorrow (Tuesday): Showers and perhaps a few heavier showers continue to linger in the region, likely slowing the morning commute. Most of the rain should taper off by midnight, but clouds and a northeasterly wind will increase to 60 to 65 — the coldest day of the week. Confidence: Medium
