Soobin of K-pop band TXT talked about how he finally met his longtime idol American singer Bebe Rexha during a recent live broadcast. The group’s fans were shocked when Bebe posted a TikTok revealing that she was with Soobin.
Soobin has talked about his love for the singer many times before, and even said that he is his dream collaborator. Although they had met before, it was through a video call and not physically.
They planned to meet in Los Angeles, California but their schedules conflicted so Bebe offered a quick solution. As Soobin explained: “‘If it’s too hard to make money, you can come to my house.’ He invited me to his house. So I did [thinking] like, ‘Whatever!’ and I said, ‘Of course, I’m going!'”
The meeting did not last long, but he expressed his gratitude for receiving the opportunity: “I can contact him, take photos, and film TikTok videos with him, even inviting him to his house … me. They are great memories.”
