Electric Entertainment, the LA-based production and distribution company, is expanding its production arm increasing its capacity for 2023.
The expansion includes the promotion of Mark Franco to Head of Production, who joined Electric Entertainment in 2004 with his first project “The Librarians,” as Visual FX Supervisor/Producer. In his new role, Mark will oversee Production on all projects focused on workflow and processes from camera to post production. Mark was instrumental in developing Electric’s “one stop shop” studio environment that oversees Electric’s ability to prepare, shoot and complete productions under one roof. Mark’s career in visual and special effects spans 30 years. His entry into the business was the dawn of CGI for visual FX, boasting the feature film “Star-Trek – The Movie” in 1978 as one of his first credits. Other high-profile films he has worked on over the years include “Armageddon,” “The Patriot,” “Vanilla Sky,” “Batman Forever,” and more.
Joining Electric’s production team is industry veteran Brandon W. Lambdin as VP of Physical Production. In this newly created position, Brandon will oversee all aspects of production, budgeting and scheduling for Electric’s TV and film projects. Years before joining Electric Entertainment, he worked with Dean Devlin on several productions, including Line Producer for “Leverage: Redemption,” and “The Librarians,” Executive Producer and Unit Production Manager for “Bad Samaritan ,” and Assistant Director for “Geostorm. .” Brandon’s other credits include: “Inception,” (Assistant Director), “War for the Planet of the Apes,” (Assistant Director) and “Interstellar,” (Assistant Director), among others.
Cynthia Hajj has been promoted to Production Executive. Before joining Electric, he was co-creator of Homage Arts and Production, a boutique production company, where he produced a plethora of short-form content for clients including Warner, Island Def Jam, RCA , Bicycle Music Group, and Interscope. During that time, he worked with Dean’s longtime partner Marc Roskin, learning the ropes of film and television development, finance, production, and distribution. Cynthia served as Co-Producer on Season 2 of “Leverage: Redemption.”
Erica Small adds to Electric’s expanding production team as the newly appointed Senior Counsel, Business and Legal Affairs. He joins Electric from Skybound, LLC, where he was Associate Counsel, Business and Legal Affairs. Before he worked in the legal department of Marvel Television, Inc. and Shegerian & Associates.

Brandon Lambdin and Cynthia Hajj will report directly to Mark Franco. Franco will continue to report directly to Dean Devlin. Erica Small will report directly to Dionne NcNeff, Chief Operating Officer and Craig Gates, Head of Business & Legal Affairs.
