The current burger restaurant, which has been serving burgers and steaks since 1972 on St Stephen Boulevard in Stockbridge, has launched it’s going to close in March.
In a post of social media homeowners Micky and Suzie mentioned the restaurant’s final service may maybe maybe maybe be Saturday 23 March
Micky wrote: “Inch other folks, TIMES UP!….Micky and Suzie are leaving the constructing. The institution that is Bells Diner.
“Or no longer it has been a long affiliation (35 years for me Micky) and working it for the final 10 yrs with Suzie. And yes, I will doubtlessly breeze away out it. However the time is barely appropriate.
“We may maybe maybe maybe well take care of to screech a good THANK YOU to all our customers to your complete strengthen.”
Menu objects on the restaurant include four, six and eight-ounce pork burgers in addition to lamb, chicken, spicy bean, nut, mushroom, and falafel alternatives with a different of butters to melt over the burger, including garlic, pepper, rockfort (blue cheese, white wine and lemon juice), chilli and mustard. Masses of burger alternatives include the addition of ingredients akin to cheddar, Emmental, Mexican and applewood smoked cheeses, bacon, fried egg, haggis, dusky pudding and jalapenos.
Micky added that he doubtful as to what the future held for the restaurant.
